Auhtor's Guidelines

1. General Requirements

Authors submitting manuscripts to this journal must comply with the following requirements:

• The manuscript must be original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal.
• Manuscripts should contain 5,000–7,000 words, excluding references.
• Manuscripts must be written in high-quality academic English and should be proofread before submission.
• The similarity index must not exceed 20%, and a similarity report (e.g., Turnitin) must be submitted as a supplementary file.
• The use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) in preparing the manuscript is permitted only as a writing support tool (e.g., grammar improvement, language editing, or readability enhancement). The authors must explicitly disclose the extent and purpose of its use in the manuscript, in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics and Declaration of the Use of AI policy.
• Manuscripts must use the latest journal template.
• A maximum of six (6) authors is permitted for each manuscript. Each author must have made a substantial scholarly contribution, and an Author Contributions Statement (CRediT Taxonomy) must be included in the manuscript.
• References must be managed using a reference management software, such as Mendeley or Zotero, and formatted according to the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th Edition (Full Note).
• The manuscript must include a minimum of 30 references, with the majority drawn from recent peer-reviewed international journal articles.

2. Manuscript Structure

Title

• Maximum 10 words.
• Clear, concise, and informative.
• Avoid using the words Analysis, Juridical Review, and specific research locations.

Abstract

• 200–300 words.
• Include:
• Background
• Objectives
• Methods
• Main Findings
• Conclusion
• Provide 3–5 keywords.

Introduction

The introduction should explain:

• Research background and academic significance.
• Research gap supported by recent literature.
• State of the art based on previous studies.
• Research objectives and research questions.

Methods

The Methods section should clearly explain:

• Research design.
• Research approach.
• Data sources and participants/informants.
• Data collection techniques.
• Data analysis methods.

Research Ethics

For manuscripts involving human participants (such as interviews, surveys, focus group discussions, observations, or other empirical data collection), authors must include one of the following:

1. Ethical Clearance Statement
• Ethical approval issued by a recognized ethics committee or institutional review board (IRB), including the approval number (if applicable);

or

2. Research Ethics Declaration
   • all informants voluntarily agreed to participate in the research (informed consent);
   • participants understood the purpose of the study;
   • confidentiality and privacy were protected by anonymizing or pseudonymizing participants' identities throughout the manuscript.
• If ethical clearance is not required by the author's institution, the manuscript must include a statement confirming that:

The authors declare that all participants voluntarily agreed to participate in this study after receiving adequate information regarding the research objectives. All personal identities have been anonymized to ensure confidentiality and privacy.

Results and Discussion

This section should:

• Present research findings clearly.
• Interpret findings using relevant theories and previous studies.
• Highlight the novelty and contribution of the research.
• Integrate discussion rather than separating it into a standalone literature review.
• Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and include data sources.

Conclusion

The conclusion should:

• Answer the research objectives.
• Highlight theoretical and practical implications.
• Provide recommendations for future research.
• Avoid introducing new references.

3. References

• Minimum 30 references.
• Prioritize recent international journal articles.
• Use Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Full Note).
• Reference management software is mandatory.

4. Supplementary Documents

Authors should upload:

• Similarity Report (≤20%).
• English Proofreading Certificate.
• Short Biography of each author (maximum 150 words).
• Ethical Clearance Certificate or Research Ethics Declaration (if applicable).

5. Additional Statements

The manuscript must include the following declarations:

• Acknowledgements (if applicable)
• Conflict of Interest Statement
• Declaration of the Use of AI, specifying whether AI-assisted tools were used and for what purpose (e.g., language improvement only). 
• Funding Statement
• Author Contributions (CRediT Taxonomy)
